ColdFusion builder builds cfcs, etc for every project in my workspace even when those projects are closed. This makes no sense that it would even look at closed projects. This adds to teh time it takes CFBuilder to start up or refresh a server. I suspect this also has a negative affect on CFBuilder features such as Code Assist by making far more information available than is actually needed.
